On Thursday, February 7th, the BFA Fairfax and Richford High School Girls’ Basketball and Cheerleading teams played our first Play4Kay game in the nationwide effort to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research.

The 2013 Play4Kay initiative is an opportunity for a nation of coaches/players to raise breast cancer awareness and funds for research on the court, across schools, in communities and beyond. Last nights event raised over $800.

Since its inception in 2007, the Play4Kay initiative has raised over $2 million to support women’s cancer research.
