As part of the Asian Studies Outreach Program at the University of Vermont, Fletcher Elementary School welcomed Thai scholar Sonrit “Beau” Sangchan earlier this week.
The goal of the Visiting Scholar Program at UVM is to introduce Asian culture, history, teaching styles, and art into American classrooms, increasing opportunities for global collaboration.
It was a wonderful experience for our students and staff to host Beau at FES!
