Thank you for supporting our students and staff members this past Tuesday by voting to pass our school budgets! The budgets allows us to continue to provide innovative educational opportunities to prepare students for a rapidly changing world.
The education model that we all experienced in school will not meet the current needs of today’s students. We know that today’s students will be graduating into a very different world which will require a complex set of skills. Students must be challenged and supported to master content as well as develop “21st Century Skills” which include: creativity and innovation, critical thinking and problem solving, clear communication and collaboration, technological literacy, civic and cross-cultural skills, and the productivity and leadership skills which will enable them to be responsible, self-directed learners and employees. Your support of the budget allows us to continue this important work.
