“To accomplish great things we must first dream,
then visualize,
then plan…believe…act.”
Students at Georgia Elementary Middle School have been asked to “Dare to Dream.” This experience helps to boost self-esteem and provide positive role models for children in elementary and middle school.
Students talk about how they can Achieve, Believe and Conceive their dreams
The Dare to Dream focuses on self-improvement = My Self, community service= My Community, goal setting/career planning = My World.
The My Self lessons teach students about respect, responsibility and other important values. The second component, My Community, focuses on planning and executing community service projects. Finally, My World introduces students to various career fields and encourages community connections.
