BFA Fairfax Dramatic Arts Ensemble presents opening night of “The Wizard of Oz”.
Let’s take a look behind the scenes.

The sets for “The Wizard of Oz” were designed and constructed by BFA High School students as part of a Set Design Art course. Students have played a pivotal role in problem -solving, thinking on their feet, working with a diverse group of other students, and developing a sense of community on the set.
Seniors Paige Beyor (who plays Dorothy), Mary Klauzenberg, Cheyenne Hughes, and Olivia Roupe have been positive examples for younger students. They understood the scale of this project, encouraged others, and worked extra hours to finish the set.
As the new curtains rise on another musical production, we applaud BFA student leaders who worked tirelessly behind-the-scenes to make this possible.
Don’t miss it…“Follow the Yellow Brick Road.”

Always sp professionally done! Looking forward to another great production!

It has been a pleasure to work with the stage crew. What happens behind the curtain is crucial to what happens when the curtain opens.
