With the end of the school year upon us, we are completing our second year with Genuine Foods as our food service provider for the Franklin West Supervisory Union. We are appreciative of our partnership with Genuine Foods as they work on a daily basis to provide healthy and nutritious food to our students and staff. Equally as important, the Genuine Foods team members are engaged partners frequently making positive connections with our students each day.
We value our work with Genuine Foods and their food service team for their ongoing collaboration as we continue to navigate COVID-19. Over the past two years, we have overcome some initial challenges, and while doing so, the service team members have remained flexible and responsive problem solvers. Genuine has been asked to provide in-person and at-home meals, take-home food kits for vacations, and summer food options for our students and families. Each challenge we encountered was successfully addressed by Genuine Foods.
We are excited to continue our work together with Genuine Foods as they provide quality meals and a return to “normal” lunches in a cafeteria setting next year. Thank you for supporting our schools!
