They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so to wrap up the 2021-22 school year at FWSU, we are sharing pictures of the celebrations and joy happening at all of our schools this week. From a bike rodeo, pirates, and 8th grade graduation at Georgia Elementary and Middle School (GEMS) to Fields Days, BBQ, and conga lines at Fletcher Elementary School (FES) and smores, field days, and Class Day at Bellows Free Academy (BFA), there is so much excitement as we conclude what has been a unique and challenging year.

We started with masks and quarantine, shifted to early morning testing and finally to home testing and masks optional. In spite of the change and turmoil, school went on, as it always does. And now, 177 school days later, we break for the summer, as we always do.

So please, take a moment to enjoy some pictures of our students and staff on this last day of school. Thank you for your continued support. Have a great summer.

PS In case you’re wondering, it’s only 80 days until the “Best Day of the Year” when students return to school on August 31!
